BOOTCAMP

Alongside one on ones, team training, and group training are bootcamps! These are large group meetups where we push ourselves and each other to put out our best effort! Come join the fun!

THE DETAILS

Sigafit bootcamps are 1 hour long and include a full body mobility warmup, a strength section, and a heart-pumping cardio section. All levels are welcome, and progressions as well as regressions will be available to beginners and advanced clients.
